4. App Content and Accuracy

1. System and Sensor Data: The App is designed to display system status information (e.g., thermal state, memory usage, network activity) and sensor data (e.g., motion, location). While we strive for accuracy, the App is provided on an “as is” basis.
2. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that data displayed in the App may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions based on this information.

1. Ownership: All content, features, and functionality—including software, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
